On June 9, 2006, it was announced that Royal Group had agreed to be acquired by Georgia Gulf Corporation. The next step in the process of combining our companies is a vote of Royal Group shareholders that will occur approximately 45 days from the date of the announcement. Royal Group’s Board of Directors has unanimously recommended that shareholders approve the transaction.
